Analytical company Asteco reports a sharp rise in the cost of rents in Dubai. Agency experts suggest that this growth may be unfounded. As proof, they cite the lack of a sufficient number of new proposals and report that the current number of apartments offered for rent significantly exceeds the influx of residents into the emirate.
Moreover, Asteko's experts report which type of real estate is most popular - these are villas. Villa rentals also increased by 10 percent across the emirateon average. Experts have no doubts about this increase: they believe that the rent for private low-rise buildings may continue to increase. Experts say that the main factor behind the increase is the limited number of offers on the rental market: in the 2nd quarter of 2021, developers have handed over only 1,500 properties of such a category as villas.
