As reported by the ValuStrat agency, the number of transactions with villas increasedin August 2021. The company informs that the following communities are especially popular among purchasing cottages: Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Islands, Dubai Hills Estate and The Lakes.
It is also worth considering Property Finder report, according to which it can be concluded that Dubai property market is recovering. The company also says that it is the villas that have started to sell more often by 50% compared to previous months.
Property Finder also notes: in eight months of this year, transactions were carried out by 22 percent more than in the entire last year. It is becoming clear that the current year will end with a high growth rate relative to the pandemic 2020.
In terms of value, the transactions aggregate for 8 months of this year amounted to 24 billion US dollars.
